		<description>You don&#039;t have to give an email address if you register by phone. OTOH, email confirmation gives you a record you can easily store on your PC.</description>

You can still tell each caller to put you on their no-call list and that is legally binding, but this won&#039;t stop non-profits from calling you or anybody that thinks they have a pre-existing buisiness relationship with you. It should, however, stop all those other cold-calls from happening.
